Ken has 24 years of construction experience, 12 of which have been solely dedicated to safety.  As the safety manager at Slaton Bros, Inc., Ken works diligently to ensure that every employee makes it home each day.  Working with heavy material and construction equipment poses a risk if not handled properly and safely.  Ken’s experience in safety management spans from handling insurance claims to physical work in the field where he monitors and enforces safe procedures.  He provides daily, monthly and yearly safety training to both the field workers and the office employees.  He leads by example as he maintains his OSHA 510, 200 and construction trainer certification, along with his basic and intermediate EMT training.
