He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University at Buffalo, NY, and possesses over 23 years of experience in all aspects of the industry, including engineering, research and development, project management, account management, project cost controls, and contract management.

His extensive tenure is marked by significant project successes, notably his work teaming with Slaton Bros. dating back to 2008, where together we converted over 300,000 SF from Cast-In-Place to MSE Walls on a light rail project in Denver, CO. Mike later played a role in the successful launch and expansion of Slaton Bros. in Texas through a collaborative effort on a mega design-build project, contributing to a project with over 2,000,000 SF of MSE walls, helping the project finishing ahead of schedule. His deep technical expertise and strategic business acumen makes him a valuable asset to Slaton Bros.
