Mike has a solid technical background relating to all dimensions of heavy civil construction. He has been dedicated to construction management since the beginning of his career.  He earned a B.S in Construction Management at Weber State University and filled several different roles within the construction community.  At the beginning of his career in 1998, Mike was a superintendent for 8 years, then moved into a project engineering position for 6 years.  In 2012 he made his move to Slaton Bros, Inc. where he held the position of project manager until 2017.  As the company was expanding, he took on the responsibility of running our new Texas location as the division manager.  His great success in Texas led him to his current position as president of Slaton Bros Inc.; one of the leading retaining wall companies within Colorado and Texas.
