Paul has 20 years of industry experience with a Bachelor of Applied Science from The Ohio State University. He started his career with Slaton Bros, Inc. 7 years ago as the cost estimator preconstruction manager where he gained experience with elements of job procurement and sales for private, commercial, DOT and municipality projects throughout the Rocky Mountain region. Paul currently serves as the Rocky Mountain region division manager of Slaton Bros, Inc. In this position, he provides business development and operational management for design and construction of mechanically stabilized earth structures.
