Rich has more than 30 years of experience in accounting.  He graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.  In 1995 he earned his title of certified public accountant and continued his education to become a certified managerial accountant in 1998.  He has held a supervisor or management position for nearly his entire career.  As the controller of Slaton Bros, Inc. Rich manages all accounting functions by preparing monthly financial statements and consolidating into the French corporate accounting system.  He develops annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for company revenue, project margins and departmental expenses, while managing the accounting department within the company.
